I heard about Cedar Creek from a friend of mine, who said the mix of small bites tapas-style menu alongside full entrees was delicious and versatile. I dined there on a Monday night and was not disappointed. We started with the Carolina BBQ Pulled Pork Slider, juicy and flavorful topped with a light cole slaw. Next up was the Buffalo Chicken Dumplings. Erase any ideas of deep-fried frozen food-this is nothing like that. Tender chicken was wrapped in home-made dough, hand-formed dumplings.
