On Sunday, May 13, from 1 to 4 p.m., Glen Cove Mansion’s executive chef Andy Helliwell will prepare a special menu including Sundried Tomato Crumbed Salmon with tomato rose cream, Petite Fillet with Marchon De Vin Sauce, Penna ala Vodka, glass of champagne or passionfruit mimosa, and more.

There are simple ways your company can reduce its carbon footprint and be more energy-efficient, and they go back to the mantra we all learned as children: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

• Reduce: Reduce your energy consumption to ease the demand on power plants and save money on your monthly energy bills. Turn off lights and unplug devices when you are finished.
